Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Management Trainee at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service management, leadership, and business operations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients via phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
