Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Make purchase suggestions and provide product recommendations to customers
  • Work with the food program and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Interact with customers daily and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Skills and Competencies

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
