Position Overview

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our remote support team. As a beginner-friendly role, this position is ideal for individuals who want to develop their digital customer support skills without prior experience or phone handling. You'll be responsible for handling inbound live chat and email inquiries, assisting users with account access, subscription management, billing questions, and basic product support—all via structured live chat and email systems.

Primary Responsibilities

- Handle inbound live chat and email inquiries from customers - Assist users with login issues, billing updates, subscription upgrades, and account settings - Utilize company templates and workflows to respond quickly and accurately - Escalate advanced issues to specialized support teams - Maintain accurate records with proper ticket tagging and notes - Maintain a professional and positive tone across all written communications

Requirements to Start

Compensation & Schedule Information

- Starting rate: $25/hour - Eligible for promotion to $30–$35/hour after 30 completed shifts and strong QA performance - Schedule your shifts weekly. Mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts available. Minimum 15 hours/week commitment

Training & Onboarding

- 2-hour onboarding course covering systems and workflow - Simulated ticket responses for practice - First monitored shift with real-time feedback - Begin live paid shifts within 3–5 days

During a 1 PM–7 PM shift, you help a user change their payment method, assist another with redeeming a promotion, and guide a third customer through updating account details. All support handled calmly through chat and email—no phone calls, no meetings, no stress.
