Position Overview
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our remote support team. As a beginner-friendly role, this position is ideal for individuals who want to develop their digital customer support skills without prior experience or phone handling. Primary Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule Information
- Starting rate: $25/hour - Eligible for promotion to $30–$35/hour after 30 completed shifts and strong QA performance - Schedule your shifts weekly. Mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts available. Minimum 15 hours/week commitment
Training & Onboarding
- 2-hour onboarding course covering systems and workflow - Simulated ticket responses for practice - First monitored shift with real-time feedback - Begin live paid shifts within 3–5 days
