Job Summary

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing real-time support to customers via our secure chat platform. You'll be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues to the appropriate departments. Key Responsibilities

* Provide real-time support to customers via arenaflex's chat platform, responding to inquiries about prescriptions, benefits, store services, and more

  • Answer customer complaints with patience and professionalism, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Maintain HIPAA and arenaflex policies during all communications, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and security
  • Log interactions clearly and follow up where necessary, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation
  • Achieve daily productivity and customer satisfaction goals, contributing to the success of the team

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written communication and typing speed (40+ WPM)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
