Job Summary

As a Czech-speaking Customer Service Consultant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Native-level fluency in Czech and excellent communication skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or BPO environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
