Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Cooperative Membership Onboarding and Administration

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to assist us with the onboarding of customers to cooperative members through the intake of Membership and Patronage Applications. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assessing applications for patronage eligibility, entering data in SAP, and communicating with applicants and business units as needed. You'll also assist our staff with various ad-hoc projects and contribute to the success of our cooperative.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with the onboarding of customers to cooperative members through the intake of Membership and Patronage Applications

• Assess applications for patronage eligibility and enter data in SAP as necessary
• Send written communication to applicants and/or business units representing the applicant where the form is incorrect, incomplete, or more information is needed
• Assist staff with various ad-hoc projects as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to applicants and business units

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in SAP or similar software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cooperative or agricultural industry

• Familiarity with cooperative membership and patronage applications
• Knowledge of SAP or similar software
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Certification in data entry or a related field
