We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms. Our goal is to help businesses ensure proper product certification and greater market access by gathering valuable insights from real customers.

Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
