Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through face-to-face and vocal interactions. You will provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and meeting customer needs in a timely and professional manner. You will also perform general administrative tasks, such as processing payments, updating lot notes, and filing documents.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process payments in a timely and accurate manner

  • Update lot (vehicle) notes in the system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Answer multi-line telephone in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Engage in face-to-face customer interaction, providing exceptional service and support
  • Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and ensure timely resolution
  • File documents according to established criteria and procedures
  • Process mail incoming and outgoing per established criteria and procedures
  • Read and interpret various reports and documents to ensure accurate and informed decision-making
  • Properly complete sale documents to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient with office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Computer proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of 45WPM or higher
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual skills a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working with multiple software applications and systems
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to mentor and train others
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
