Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day operations by performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office clerical duties. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter daily work orders into systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Assemble and reconcile reports, using industry software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Perform various office clerical duties, such as filing, copying, faxing, and maintaining records
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to perform tasks and complete projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of data entry experience, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm

  • 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Experience in recycling would be beneficial, but not necessary

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, functions, and data analysis

  • Experience working in a similar service environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems, adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, with regular breaks and stretching exercises

Compensation and Benefits
