Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team, a full-service self storage company operating in the day-to-day operations of the self storage industry. As a key member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a full-time sales/management position, leveraging your exceptional customer service skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Call customers with outstanding balances to collect payments, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing delinquencies
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in storage units, providing personalized guidance and support
- Initiate the auction process for customers who have not paid their storage fees, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Implement a tenant protection program to safeguard customer belongings, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and security
Key Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
* Previous experience in customer service roles, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multi-task with several windows open on your computer at one time, ensuring efficient and effective management of customer interactions
