Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Team Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of representatives who will provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Overseeing the customer service process to ensure that all customers receive a standardized level of service.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer service delivery.
  • Planning and conducting training sessions to standardize service delivery and enhance product knowledge.

Requirements
