Responsibilities

- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Comfort and proficiency using computers, including software applications and online tools.
- Experience working in customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
