Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and service. You will be responsible for monitoring and closing out orders, verifying details, and assisting with logistics and system support as needed. This is a full-time position, working a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am. After completing our comprehensive training program, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and close out orders in the system, ensuring accurate and timely completion

  • Assist technicians with order closeouts and handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on
  • Update information through data entry and run reports as needed to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers, providing exceptional support and service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow through and multi-task, meeting deadlines and working under pressure
  • Willingness to work independently and adapt to change, with a strong ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Schedule

* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday through Friday, day shift

  • 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am

Location

* Must live within 45 minutes to 1 hour of Green Bay, WI, to ensure reliable internet and dedicated workspace
