Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
