Freelance Customer Experience Strategist Opportunity

We're looking for a highly skilled Freelance Customer Experience Strategist to support our team on a part-time basis, approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week), starting immediately. This role will be a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work with a dynamic team, contribute to exciting projects, and grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

• Supporting the development of communications plans that drive real results
• Creating channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans
• Reviewing creative assets to ensure alignment with briefs and platform best practices
• Developing and managing omnichannel asset ecosystems, mapping creative assets to audiences across the funnel
• Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more

How You'll Excel in Your Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a strong understanding of channels beyond social media
• Familiarity with basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, principles of growth, and more
• Availability for meetings in the PST timezone
• The ability to contribute independently to project requirements without requiring a lot of oversight or training
• A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style
