This project is focused on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and you'll play a vital role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities.

Job Summary

We're seeking Seasonal Provider Services Representatives to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to provider offices, answering inbound calls, investigating customer data, and providing problem resolution through effective communication. You'll work closely with our team to ensure goals are met in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication

  • Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution
  • Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
  • Work on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follow set procedures and work under supervision

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Effective listening and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
