Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote work environment. As a Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive business growth. You will be responsible for gathering data from various sources, researching and verifying external data sources, and designing and implementing data-driven solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, record administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex data sets.
- Research and verify external data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to meet business needs, including data visualization and reporting.
- Support account directors in meeting their requests and needs, including data analysis and insights.
- Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects.
- Participate in special projects and data analysis requests as needed.
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives.
- Develop presentations with scientific outcomes to support business decisions at all levels.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business analytics, data science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects with tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field, such as business analytics, data science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
