Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing product and service information to customers, including appointment scheduling and lead generation
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience a plus
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
• Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Show the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
