Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and facilitating the treatment process. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, you will have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare while broadening your experience and opening the door to additional opportunities at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions

  • Facilitate the treatment process by providing necessary solutions to plan members
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g. call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy benefits
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
