Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our members receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Key Responsibilities

* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude while interacting with members, representatives, and management
  • Build rapport with members and establish a strong relationship through active listening and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Clearly communicate all auto projects, including promotions and special offers, to members
  • May lead phases of preparation to sellers on promotions and special offers
  • May lead post-purchase promotions reviews with members
  • Adhere to all established policies and procedures
  • May be required to work in a contact center channel
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) + 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field + Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices + Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision + Strong time management and organizational skills + Ability to meet quality standards and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience working in a contact center environment + Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools + Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
