Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Homesite Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues with ease. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Homesite-CONNECT customers, responding to service issues, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
  • Report to a manager and provide regular updates on customer interactions and issue resolution progress
  • Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, facilitating efficient self-service and improving customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
  • Collaborate with coaches and other team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • State P&C license exam passed within 12 months of hire (training and administrative support provided)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with insurance products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
