[Remote] Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Control Specialist will conduct quality control reviews of valuation products across the United States, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all incoming valuation products
• Reads and comprehends valuation reports to ensure high quality and that reports meet USPAP and Lender Requirement
• Checks property for adverse factors via aerial and street scenes
• Reviews subject condition reports
• Understands and follows GSE and client guidelines
• Reviews and can understand UCPD/EAD SSR’s warnings and indicators
• Professionally and accurately requests conditions to be completed by the appraiser
• Escalate appropriately as determined by guidelines

• Appraisal Management Company experience
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, and computer printer
• Current or past license a plus, but not required
