The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through live chat, phone calls, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolves the customer's issue efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems.

  • Make outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct quality checks on prior day's calls to ensure that customers have received satisfactory service.
  • Schedule maintenance visits and calls with customers to address their needs and concerns.
  • Offer promotions and special deals to customers on our list, increasing sales and revenue.
  • Follow up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure that their feedback is addressed and acted upon.
  • Provide general inbound customer service, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns.

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment.
