Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team in Kansas City. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and educating them on benefits. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits, respond to consumer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide education and status on previously submitted documents and requests, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied
- Meet performance goals established for the position in areas such as efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service experience with a similar company (call center experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic and good listening skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to clear a background check
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (optional, with a pay rate of $18/hour)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous sales or benefits experience
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
