Your Typical Day:
As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for:- Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day
- Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
- Discussing arenaflex customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
- Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- 6 months or more of call center experience
