Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your commitment to delivering exceptional service will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experiences.
  • Data Management: Utilize various computer software and applications to navigate customer accounts, document case notes, process orders, and handle payment information efficiently. You'll be the master of our systems, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for the arenaflex brand, personalizing each interaction to foster customer loyalty and retention. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, and your passion for our brand will shine through in every conversation.
  • Performance Standards: Consistently meet attendance requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service quality. You'll be a high achiever, always striving to exceed expectations and set new standards.
  • Information Security: Uphold the safety, security, and privacy of all customer information in compliance with company policies. You'll be a guardian of our customers' trust, ensuring their sensitive information is protected at all times.
  • Additional Support: Perform other tasks as needed to support business operations. You'll be a team player, always willing to lend a hand and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Seasonal Chat Support Representative, you'll need:

  • Experience: While prior customer service or retail experience is preferred, it's not a mandatory requirement. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to learn and grow.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities, including proper grammar and syntax. You'll be a master communicator, able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. You'll be a people person, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting performance expectations and goals. You'll be flexible and agile, able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for quickly understanding new information, diagnosing issues, and providing appropriate solutions. You'll be a problem-solver extraordinaire, able to think on your feet and provide creative solutions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Capability to handle and resolve conflicts positively and professionally. You'll be a conflict resolution expert, able to diffuse tense situations and turn them into opportunities for growth.
  • Typing: Strong typing skills with the ability to meet minimum requirements for a typing speed and accuracy test. You'll be a typing whiz, able to navigate our systems with ease and efficiency.
  • Availability: Must be able to work 32-40 hours weekly, with various 8-10 hour shifts during the following hours of operation: 10 am-7 pm Sunday, 7 am-8 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am-6 pm Saturday (CST). Please note that business hours may change during peak times to meet coverage and business needs.

Work From Home Requirements

As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative, you'll need to meet the following work-from-home requirements:

  • Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace.
  • Computer Equipment: A desktop or laptop (with the latest Operating System installed). No tablets or Chromebooks.
  • Monitors: 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors).
  • Cell Phone: A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger.
  • Web Camera: A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone.
  • Internet Connection: A stable and reliable internet connection of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (check your internet speed at speedtest.net). Cannot use public Wi-Fi.
  • All Items at Employee's Expense: All items above are at the employee's expense and will be verified during the hiring process.
