Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by devising appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer queries

Requirements:

* High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

Essential Qualifications:

  • Any additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus

* Previous customer service experience

  • Education or training in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
