Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, helping them navigate our platform, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to platform usage and configuration, as well as assisting with billing questions
- Identifying customer pain points and collaborating with our product and support teams to drive continuous improvement
- Developing a deep understanding of our platform and its features, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers, even in challenging situations
- Collaborating with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and support
- Staying organized and managing multiple customer inquiries and issues simultaneously
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working in a SaaS company or a similar environment
- Prior technical support experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Technical aptitude and comfort with frequent software updates and changes
- Superior customer service skills, including empathy, problem-solving, and a sense of humor
- Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems
- Experience working with customer support software, such as Freshdesk, is a plus
- Familiarity with escalations processes and working with cross-functional teams is a plus
