About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Astrology Chat Operator to join our team of dedicated, professional Personal Guides who deliver high-quality Astrology, Palmistry, and Tarot readings to our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping those who seek guidance and answers to life's big questions through a variety of divination techniques.
Key Responsibilities
As an Astrology Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing astrologically and grammatically correct written responses to clients' questions - all responses shall be in English
- Providing engaging and informative readings to clients purchasing live video calls - all calls are conducted in English
- Preparing video and voice messages for clients in response to their questions - the ideal candidate should feel confident and comfortable to make their own short video readings and appear on camera
- Adhering to all ethical rules and company standards, as laid out by management, when providing readings
- Meeting all targets in relation to response times and message volumes as directed by management
- Performing additional duties and contributing to ad-hoc projects as required in line with the Chat Ops Team needs and objectives
- Assigning incoming messages to the Chat Ops team and providing cover for other team members ensuring response times and standards are maintained over weekends
Essential Qualifications
* An excellent standard of spoken and written English is essential
- Previous experience of giving personalized Astrology, Palmistry, or Tarot readings in a professional capacity would be an advantage
- Strong computer skills and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a quiet and calm space where you can conduct live video calls without interruption
- An empathic, non-judgmental, and compassionate character and the ability to establish a rapport with your clients quickly
- Ability to work on own initiative and without close supervision
- Accurate typing skills and the ability to condense information into short, engaging, and informative responses that capture our client's interest and leave them wanting to know more
Nice to Have
* Previous experience of working in a fully remote position within the online entertainment sector
- A flair for creative writing
Work Environment and Culture
