Job Summary

As a Vacation Rental Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be involved in coordinating with vendors, managing the turn process for our vacation rental properties, and developing processes to improve the overall guest experience. Responsibilities

As a Vacation Rental Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolving guest inquiries and resolving them in accordance with company standard operating procedures
  • Coordinating with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to the different vacation rental properties
  • Managing the turn process for every unit and ensuring every cleaning team is properly assigned
  • Helping develop processes and systems to improve overall guest experience
  • Providing timely reviews of guests on AirBnB and Vrbo platforms
  • Blog writing about vacation rentals on company website to increase exposure and visibility to potential guests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses
  • Experience with the vacation rental industry is required
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Field Scheduling, and CRM software
  • Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to zero background noise
  • Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Strong work ethic and track record delivering results
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry's best practices and trends
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in customer support
  • Experience with content creation and blog writing

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Vacation Rental Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll receive:

  • A monthly base salary ranging from $1,000 to $1,120 USD
  • Payments processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency (bi-weekly)

Schedule

The standard working hours for this role are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm PDT (Monday through Friday). However, we're flexible and willing to accommodate your needs and preferences.
