The Role

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for transferring data from various systems into our primary framework, NetSuite, while maintaining organized and updated records. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurate Data Entry: Input data into NetSuite with precision, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Data Transfer: Efficiently manage the transfer of data from various systems, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and updated data records, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Customer Account Monitoring: Monitor customer accounts and address any requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Tools: Employ Excel and Word effectively for management and correspondence, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • File Management: Organize and manage documentation thoroughly, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Email Correspondence: Handle emails in a professional and prompt manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

  • High level of organizational skills to handle documentation and files, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Strong typing skills to ensure data is entered correctly and efficiently, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
  • Familiarity with data management software, preferably NetSuite or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's Degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Exposure to business software systems, preferably NetSuite or similar, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management principles.

Education Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic math and language skills.

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field, preferred, especially in Business Administration or related fields.

Experience Requirements

* At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administration, demonstrating a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Exposure to business software systems, preferably NetSuite or similar, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management principles.
