Key Responsibilities

As a live chat agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions that come in via our website(s) in a concise and efficient manner
  • Providing quick and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Identifying major pain points and flagging them to a liaison for further action
  • Participating in on-the-job training and engaging with opportunities to improve your skills
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and improve our products and services
  • Working with customers to resolve issues related to faulty products, shipping, and service complaints
