Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – OneCare Bilingual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to OneCare members and providers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Serving as a senior resource for other team members, providing guidance and support on complex issues and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate member health care and social service needs
  • Entering accurate and complete documentation into internal application systems
  • Initiating referrals to internal and external care management departments and other agencies
  • Maintaining departmental productivity and quality standards
  • Completing other projects and duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in customer/member service, including 1 year of call center capacity

  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM)
  • Bilingual in English and one of blithequark's defined threshold languages (Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific applications/systems

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Medi-Cal/Medicaid, and health services experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects

Compensation and Benefits
