Why You'll Love This Role

As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You'll work closely with our HR Consistency team to ensure that all data is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, as well as developing and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR Consistency database, including employee data, training records, and compliance documentation

• Process and verify FBI fingerprints, as well as other sensitive information, in accordance with TSA and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with our HRIS and EC teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track compliance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including HR and management teams
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Favored Capabilities and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data analysis, or a related field)

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, compliance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
• Experience with data visualization tools and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
