Job Summary

As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, accurately entering ride details, confirming member eligibility, and addressing member inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Take inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to gather and enter detailed trip information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports

  • Accurately enter ride details to ensure successful ride completion
  • Confirm member eligibility and address any concerns or issues
  • Answer member inquiries regarding transportation services and provide clear, concise information
  • Identify and assess members' additional needs and provide support as needed
  • Intake member concerns and work with internal departments to resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to address real-time issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Mandarin (verbal) is required

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere is required
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone
  • Positive and helpful attitude, with a calm and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team
  • Accurately type 35 wpm or more
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology
  • Ability to empathize with members and/or their guardians
  • Willingness to work with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or transportation-related industry

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Job Requirements

* Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends

Remote Work Requirements

* A well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area from which to work remotely without interruption or distraction

  • A notebook or desktop computer with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available
  • High-Speed Broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!)
