As a Perceptionist, you'll become an extension of our client's businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Scheduling and Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
* Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
* Understanding the importance of attention to detail and improving skills through practice
* Applying new knowledge or skills quickly and solving problems without being asked
