Your Role:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer interactions with a focus on satisfaction and resolution
- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations
- Delivering on commitments and following through on customer issues
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner
- Utilizing online systems and knowledge bases to ensure proper processes are followed
- Working in a high-pressure environment and maintaining a positive interaction with customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (C2 proficiency)
- Ability to ask probing questions and resolve customer issues
- Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation and online systems
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain a positive interaction with customers
- Experience in a call center industry (preferred)
- Flexibility with schedules and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, and extra shifts
