Your Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer interactions with a focus on satisfaction and resolution
  • Identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations
  • Delivering on commitments and following through on customer issues
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Utilizing online systems and knowledge bases to ensure proper processes are followed
  • Working in a high-pressure environment and maintaining a positive interaction with customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (C2 proficiency)
  • Ability to ask probing questions and resolve customer issues
  • Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation and online systems
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain a positive interaction with customers
  • Experience in a call center industry (preferred)
  • Flexibility with schedules and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, and extra shifts
