Job Summary
As a German Customer Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be working in a hybrid or remote working model, with the flexibility to work from home or in our Athens office. You will be reporting to a Customer Service Supervisor and will be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
* Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
* Offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
* Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Fluency in German language (C1-C2 level)
* Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset
* Tech savvy
* Proficient English Skills (Oral & Written)
* Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and passionately communicative
