Key Responsibilities

As a Finnish Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Meeting service quality goals and targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
