Responsibilities

As a German Customer Advisor at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls from German-speaking customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying and accessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building strong relationships through open and interactive communication.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods and tools provided, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions.
  • Keeping records of customer interaction, processing customer accounts, and filing documents in a secure and organized manner.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Native or near-native German language proficiency (C2): You'll need to have an excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Very good command of English language (B2 – C1): You'll also need to have a strong grasp of the English language to communicate with colleagues, access training materials, and participate in team meetings.
  • Good MS Office skills: You'll need to be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening: You'll need to be able to handle customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters: You'll need to be able to understand and respond to the diverse needs of customers, adapting your communication style to suit their preferences.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively: You'll need to be able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines.
