The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have access to a dedicated team of leaders and peers who will support you every step of the way. Your expertise will be put to the test as you handle customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging your active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and support through inbound calls

• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
• Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support your success
• Stay up-to-date with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions

What We Offer

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• Flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
• A high school diploma or equivalent

To ensure seamless communication and high-quality call interactions, you'll need:

• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
• Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
• A hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
