What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
  • Going above and beyond to wow our customers, thinking critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner, building trust and rapport to ensure a positive experience

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers
