Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with order tracking, billing inquiries, returns, and other general queries, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
  • Collaborating with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues, leveraging your communication and teamwork skills.

  • Adhering to company protocols, maintaining high standards of customer service, and continuously improving your skills and performance.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, etc.), striving for excellence in every interaction.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote setting, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
