The Role
As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via online chat, helping individuals navigate our clients' websites, and turning online interactions into leads. Your primary goal will be to represent our dealer clients favorably online, while also ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information about our clients' products and services.
Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Provide detailed information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication between customers and our clients
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build their customer base and drive revenue growth
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the automotive industry
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills are a must, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow with our company
Requirements
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Must live within the state of Texas
* Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace with minimal distractions
