Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to agents, agency staff, and customers while working from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for responding to basic inquiries related to policies and accounts, developing knowledge of systems and application trainings associated with policy processing, and attending training and obtaining licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop knowledge of systems and several application trainings associated with policy processing

  • Respond to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff & customers related to policies and accounts with supervision
  • Attend training and obtain licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to next level
  • Provide input on process Improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes
  • Follow procedures and continuous process improvement standard work

Essential Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated typing/keyboarding skills (30 wpm)
  • Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)
  • Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

* Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred but not required

  • Experience working in a customer service role in the insurance industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Strong typing skills (30 wpm)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
