Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to our Corporate Sales Team
  • Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
  • Processing a variety of orders and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce
  • Utilizing a range of tools and technologies, including MS Office, MS Excel, and the Customer Contact Tool
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and drive business growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
  • Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during the Holiday season

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a corporate sales environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Experience with order entry and customer service software, including the Customer Contact Tool
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
