As an Independent Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing upselling techniques to increase sales, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail
  • Handling cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation
  • Maintaining phone etiquette standards during customer interactions, providing a positive and professional experience

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-term relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Multilingual/Bilingual preferred), with a strong emphasis on clear and concise communication

  • Familiarity with Spanish language is a plus, but not required
