This is a remote position.

35 hours a week Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST schedule with a 1-hour lunch break, totaling 7 hours of work per day.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and staying up-to-date with company processes and products

Requirements

  • Native-level English and Spanish (bilingual) proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in various computer applications and a knack for quickly learning new software
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with openness to potential flexible scheduling in the future
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers and contribute to team success
