What's the Job All About?
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:
- Support customers over the phone, identify their issues, and help resolve them
- Assist with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
- Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
- Work towards set goals that will help you develop professionally
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
- Residency in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- A high level of English proficiency
- An interest in technology and a willingness to take on technical challenges
- Knowledge of what good customer service looks like and a motivation to deliver it
- A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection
