About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management: Nurture ongoing relationships with AWS partner teams and sellers through regular communication, joint planning sessions, and strategic alignment meetings.
• Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with our internal sales teams to organize and execute lead generation, opportunity nurturing, and customer engagement activities.
• Drive New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with AWS, leveraging their market position and technological innovations to enhance our CCaaS offerings and expand our customer base.
• Maintain and Elevate AWS Partnership: Ensure our partnership with AWS is maintained and elevated, managing partner status, certifications, and recognition as a top-tier partner.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in sales management, partner management, or business development, particularly in the technology or cloud computing industry.
• Experience working directly with AWS' Partner and channel management processes is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or partner management, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and/or the CCaaS industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizations.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving business objectives.
